The Fine Print
Deposit: A $200
non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date and serves as a
contract between you and Beach Weddings Hawaii. The balance is due ten
days prior to your ceremony. All services are subject to 4.166% Hawaii State
Tax. Visa, MasterCard and American Express are accepted and secure on-line
payment is available through PayPal.
Photography:
One of the greatest values in choosing a package with photography is that
all pictures/digital images/negatives are included! Most other wedding
companies have a basic package that includes 20 to 24 (4X6) pictures that
you select from the 72 to 150 or more that are actually taken. The
additional pictures are then offered for sale to you later at $10 to $15 for
each print (4X6), and up to $300 (20X24) for a single image. This usually
doesn't include the original negatives or digital images. At Beach
Weddings Hawaii your photos will be professionally shot at a package price,
and you will receive ALL of your pictures, digital images or negatives.
If requested in advance, your digital images will be burned to a CD at the
wedding site and given to you immediately for no extra cost.
Beach Weddings Hawaii and our professional
photographers reserve the right to use negatives and/or digital
reproductions of the client's photographs for purposes of display,
exhibitions, contests, advertising, and other purposes unless otherwise
specifically requested by the client. Some of our photographers will also
post your digital images on line so that they can be viewed and purchased by
family and friends.
